Let's Quilt #31: "Mexicali Rose" Table Topper (Part 3)

In this episode, the strips and blocks are sewn together to create the topper.

STEPS WE ACCOMPLISHED TODAY:

6. Sew strips on background fabric using 1/4" seams. Turn and press each seam.

7. Trim all 16 blocks so that they are 8-1/2" square.

8. Layout blocks.

9. Start connecting the blocks together. Make sure to place the segments/rows back into formation as you sew.

- Make segments of 2

- Rows of 4

-Press seams in one direction, making sure to alternate the direction for each row

- Sew the rows together, making sure to press the center seams open
