Easy Entertaining #36: Sandwich Wraps

Wraps make a great lunch for either a few people or a crowd!


Roast Beef and Artichoke Wrap:

● tortillas or soft flat bread

● herbed cream cheese

● sliced roast beef

● marinated artichoke hearts

● romaine lettuce

● sliced black olives


Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Onion, & Tomato Wrap:

● tortillas or soft flat bread

● mayonnaise

● avocado

● tomato

● onions

● bacon

● lettuce

1. For either of these wraps, place the ingredients on in the order given, then roll up.

Tips for making wraps:

- Check to see how sturdy your tortillas or flat bread are. If needed, you can layer 2 together with either cream cheese or mayonnaise. Then proceed with making the wrap.

- For Giant Wraps: Once the fillings have been added and you have rolled it up, wrap it entirely in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Slice into 2-3" slices to make pinwheel sandwiches.
