This traditional Welsh dish has been updated so that you can serve it for Afternoon Tea!
- Recipe -
● 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
● 1 T. butter
● 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
● 1/2 t. mustard powder
● 2 T. beer (or milk)
● 3-4 slices bread
1. Mix the cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder and beer with a fork.
2. Place bread on a baking sheet & spread on the cheese mixture. Place under the broiler until bubbly and browned. Cut the toasts into fingers & serve while still warm.
